ELECTRONIC TAPPING UNIT SL 2005.1 400W M2-M5

The electronic tapper is a unit capable of tapping threads in molds and special equipment in a simple and easy way, autonomously, regardless of the mold stroke. It is driven by a brushless motor and a Servo Driver that control all tapping phases. A single electrical impulse (start) is enough to perform the tapping autonomously and quickly, always having the ability to adjust the speed and thread depth, and to control the torque and the successful completion of the thread. Thanks to the INTERCOM patent no. EP06117721.8, the electronic tappers guarantee a versatility that competing products do not have. The SL2005.1, SL2005.2, and SL2005.2S machines are able to tap a range from M2 up to M12 simply by changing the tool. Respectively, the SL2005.1 400W machine allows managing threads from M2 to M5, the 750W SL2005.2 machine manages threads from M8 to M10, while the SL2005.2 “S” machine manages threads from M8 to M12 even on tough steels. The electronic tappers are controlled by a TOUCH SCREEN control panel, which can be SINGLE for managing a single threading operation, or a CONSOLE capable of managing up to a maximum of 8 machines simultaneously. This versatility allows responding to all scenarios that may arise immediately and being able to re-adapt to new future conditions for other machining operations.
