The INTERCOAT process coats metal surfaces. Through a mechanical pretreatment, the material's surface is thoroughly cleaned. This allows the fluoropolymer to anchor to the substrate, resulting in an extension of anti-wear, anti-friction, and anti-corrosion properties, while reducing the risk of detachment.
The friction coefficient is between 0.05 and 0.2.
