The flanged compass is inserted into the hole with an H6/J6 fit.
The surface of the collar, machined perfectly at a right angle to the axis of the guide diameter, ensures perfect stability and rigidity of the assembly while leaving the inner diameter of the bushing unchanged. This bushing stands out for its special anti-seizing feature and wear resistance. It can operate on molds of any type, even under heavy loads, up to 150 strokes per minute. All INTERCOM bushings are perfectly interchangeable.
The INTERCOAT process coats metal surfaces. Through mechanical pretreatment, the material surface is thoroughly cleaned. This allows the fluoropolymer to anchor to the substrate, resulting in an extension of anti-wear, anti-friction, and anti-corrosion properties while reducing the risk of detachment. The coefficient of friction is between 0.05 and 0.2.
