Production of cutting and stamping tools, broaching, punching, stamping tools, bending tools, bending rulers and blades.
Supply of Präzi steel plates:
In bars length 500, 1000 and 1030, plates with rectangular cross section and squares, subjected to softening treatment, maximum hardness 255 HB

Heat treatment:
Ricottura di distensione: 650-700 °C
Process annealing: 800-840 °C
Hardening by quenching: 960-980 °C
Rapid cooling: Oil, hot bath or high pressure
Tempering: 170 – 190 °C
Precision flat ground to DIN 59350 with allowance
Tolleranze: Spessore +0,2/0 mm, Larghezza +0,2/0 mm, Lunghezza+5/0 mm –
Frame size in mm
Tolerances for square sections: +0.2 mm
