Possible applications:
for plastic molds, mold bases for plastic and die-casting molds
Supply of Präzi steel plates:
In bars length 1030 with machining allowance, plates with rectangular section, quenched and tempered 280 – 325 HB (approx. 950 – 1100 N/mm2)

Heat treatment:
Process annealing: 710 – 740 °C
Stress-relief annealing: max. 480 °C
Supply condition: quenched and tempered
A stress-relief treatment is recommended for machining operations where the partial geometry is machined to a depth exceeding 30% prior to finishing.
