production of devices, gauges, sclablone, templates, punching and measuring tools, delicate parts, and slide guides.
Supply of Präzi steel plates:
In bars of 500, 1000, and 1030 in length; rectangular and square plates; subjected to annealing treatment; maximum hardness 229 HB

Heat treatment:
Stress-relieving annealing: 650-680 °C
Workability annealing: 680-720 °C
Hardening by tempering: 780-800 °C
Rapid cooling: oil or hot bath

Tolerance: Thickness +- 0.05/-0 mm, Width +0.2/-0 mm, Length +5 mm
