Cold working steel
Good plasticity, excellent wear resistance, low deformation, nitridable after special heat treatment.
Possible applications:
production of cutting and punching tools for high-strength materials, shear blade, deburring dies, rolls for galvanizing Sendzimier method, fragile parts, etc. especially suitable for downstream inserted nitriding treatments.

In bars length 500 and 1030, plates with rectangular section and squares, subjected to softening treatment, maximum hardness 255 HB

Heat treatment:
Relaxation annealing: 650-700 °C
Workability annealing: 800-850 °C
Hardening by tempering: 1000-1050 °C
Rapid cooling: Oil or hot bath 500 °C or high pressure
Tempering: 480 -580 °C
Special heat treatment:
In case of nitriding or EDM, the tempering temperature should be higher than the maximum secondary hardness level. It is recommended that tempering be repeated three times.
