Trattamento: Cementazione e tempra + rivestimento autolubrificante

Esecuzione: Finely grinded and superfinished
Note: Si eseguono misure a richiesta. Lubrificazione a secco.

La bussola con collare viene inserita nel foro con accoppiamento H6/J6.
La superficie del collare, lavorata perfettamente ad angolo retto rispetto all’asse del diametro di guida, assicura una perfetta stabilità e rigidità del montaggio lasciando inalterato il diametro interno della bussola. Questa bussola si distingue per la sua particolare caratteristica anti grippaggio e per la resistenza all’usura. Può lavorare su stampi di quasiasi tipo, anche con sollecitazioni forti, sino a 150 colpi al minuto. Tutte le bussole INTERCOM sono perfettamente intercambiabili.

Il processo INTERCOAT riveste le superfici metalliche. Tramite un pretrattamento meccanico la superficie del materiale viene pulita in profondità. Questo permette al fluoropolimero di ancorarsi al substrato, ottenendo un prolungamento delle proprietà antiusura, antifrizione e anticorrosione, riducendo i rischi di distacco. Il coefficiente di attrito è compreso tra 0.05 e 0.2.
