Trattamento: Cementazione e tempra + rivestimento autolubrificante

Esecuzione: Finely grinded and superfinished
Note: Si eseguono misure a richiesta. Lubrificazione a secco.

Il processo INTERCOAT riveste le superfici metalliche. Tramite un pretrattamento meccanico la superficie del materiale viene pulita in profondità. Questo permette al fluoropolimero di ancorarsi al substrato, ottenendo un prolungamento delle proprietà antiusura, antifrizione e anticorrosione, riducendo i rischi di distacco.
Il coefficiente di attrito è compreso tra 0.05 e 0.2.
