Range of application:
Manufacturing of cutting tools and stamping dies, broaching tools, dies, compression moulding dies, bending tools, bevelling tools and cutters
PRÄZI – flat steel supplied:
in length 500 and 1030 mm, in plate form with square cross section and square dimensions, soft annealed, max. 229 HB (max. 860 N/mm2).

Stress-relief annealing: 650-700 °C
Soft annealing: 800-840 °C
Hardening: 960-980 °C
Quenching: Oil, air, warm bath or gas excess pressure

Präzi-flat steel according to DIN 59350 with machining allowance
Tolerances: Thickness +0,2/0 mm, Width +0,2/0 mm, Length +5/0 mm
