For cutting tools and punching dies, rolls, shear cutters, thread rolling dies, cold embossing tools, calibration arbors and pilger mandrels, gauges and measuring Instruments, moulds for plastics processing

PRÄZI – flat steel supplied
in length 1030 mm with machining allowance, in plate form with square cross section and square dimensions, soft annealed max. 241 HB (max. 820 N/mm2)

Heat treatment data:
Stress-relief annealing: 650-680 °C
Soft annealing: 800-840 °C
Hardening: 960-980 °C
Quenching: Oil, air or warm bath
Tempering: 170 – 190 °C
